“I love both eqLend Auto UW Conditions and Auto UW eSign. Using both has been a tremendous time saver for imputing conditions and final approving loans. For eqLend Auto Conditions.. its just one click and they all show up based on the loan type and its helpful because its serves as a checklist for the underwriter. When final approving a loan, especially Govt, being able to click one button for UW eSign and have them pop up in the Efolder is huge especially when before we had to print each document, sign and then upload. Both have been beyond helpful!”
