Unlike traditional POS systems that simply collect applications and upload documents, eqLend POS is a full extension of the eqLend Tasking System. Lenders can assign custom tasks for borrowers—such as entering supplemental data, completing self-service pre-qualifications, signing tailored explanation letters, and much more.

But the true power emerges when bundled.

When paired with eqLend’s Automated Underwriting, the system automatically updates the Borrower Needs List and facilitates document collection. Each borrower upload triggers a corresponding Document Review task in the eqLend Dashboard, routed to the appropriate employee roles designated by the lender.

Combine that with our Document Data Scraping technology, and eqLend takes automation even further. Borrower uploads are routed directly to our scraping partner. Then, AI-driven rules analyze the extracted data to perform a smart, automated review—accelerating your workflows with zero manual effort.
